How fills work: real trades, real prices

A simulated account is only a fair test if its prices are the market's. At Bonded Capital every order is priced from the coin's real PumpSwap pool, the same way the chain would price it.

The next real trade

When you place an order, it waits for the coin's next real trade and fills against the pool exactly as that trade left it, with the pool's fee and the price impact of your own size. If the coin is quiet, it fills after about a second, three Solana slots, at the pool's current state: a pool's price only moves with a trade, and by then every trade of those slots has reached us.

Why it waits

Filling at the last price we saw would let anyone with a faster data source buy a move that has already happened. Waiting for the next trade closes that gap for everyone. In practice an order on an active coin fills in well under a second.

What you pay

The pool's fee, and the impact of your size on the price. A sell returns what the pool would pay for your tokens at that moment. Your order never reaches the real market: it does not move the price for anyone, and nobody trades against it.

Check it yourself

Every trade the app shows is a real transaction you can open on Solscan, and our API returns the pool state we priced against. Verify it lists every claim of the site and how to check it; how fills work has the formulas.
